Blue Fig Old Fashion

Old fashion style, dry fig infused Bulleit bourbon is stirred with chocolate bitters and brown sugar, served with Tasmanian blue cheese on the side.      $25

El Chapo

Matusalem rum, Frangelico, Pedro Ximenez & Crème de Cacao liqueur shaken with a touch of orange bitters, served in a chocolate dusted balloon with popcorn on the side.      $22

Fire & Flame

Is martini your favourite drink? Are you a tequila lover? Is Chilli part of your life? This is the drink for you! A Martini style drink prepared with 24 hours Long Red Chilli infused Herradura Blanco, Jalapeño infused Cocchi Americano served in a Martini glass with few drops of Paprika and Lemon Verbena oil.      $22



Berry Tea

Find your inner peace with a combination of cognac infused berries, Espirit de Figues, hibiscus tea & finished with cherry bitters. Served with liquid nitrogen in a cast iron teapot.      $22

Mount Tiki

Get a ticket for an exotic, wild trip and be ready to taste a large range of flavours and spices. A blend of Havana Club 3 Anos rum, lemon and cardamom infused Aperol, homemade Falernum syrup, lime juice, passionfruit, topped with homemade mulled wine soda. Finished with spiced water and garnished with dehydrated grapes.      $22


Sazerac Rye Whiskey infused with truffle honey & Averna herbal liqueur chilled & stirred together. An elegant recall to the real flavours of our land, finished with few drops of white truffle oil.     $22



To Be Or Not To Be

A wonderfully refreshing mix of Skinos Mastiha, Capo Capo Aperitivo Bitter Trentino, rosé wine, hibiscus tea and a splash of Grapefruit. Served in a Crystal Head Vodka bottle and topped with liquid nitrogen. Suitable for sharing between 2 to 4 people.      $43

Mediterranean Parfume

A Mediterranean twist of the king aperitif: “The Negroni”. Rosemary infused Gin Mare from Spain, Otto’s Vermouth from Greece, Campari & Mirto Liqueur from Italy.      $22

Smoke In A Mirror

A Margarita, but not as you know it. A spectacular serving of Herradura tequila, Grand Marnier and lime stirred lovingly with our house made pear reduction, garnished with a dried pear and then smoked under a cloche.      $22




Blazer style, one favoured with all the Bartenders, the Matusalem rum and Solerno blood orange spirit are blazed with a touch of lemon and orange bitters. Served in a chocolate dusted balloon.      $22

My Geisha

A Martini style. Sake infused with rose mixed with St. Germain, served up with edible flowers.      $22


Taste the Ocean breeze with an unusual combination of apple, Midori, Ketel One vodka & Mezcal Soledad. Shaken, double strained & served in a Martini glass.      $22




Painter Frida Kahlo was a Mexican self-portrait artist who was married to Diego Rivera and is still admired as a feminist icon. Two paintings emerged in 1939 'The Suicide of Dorothy Hale' and 'The Two Fridas'. This cocktail is believed to represent “unloved” and “loved” versions of Kahlo. Pisco, fresh lime, pomegranate syrup, and orange bitter.      $22
